I really enjoyed my stay at the hostel in this Gothic cloister. The atmosphere was unique and serene, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was definitely a highlight since it was right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and do some sightseeing. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room and hotel facilities were impressive.
There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel and my stay in this city.

The stay was very affordable especially considering the accommodation was in a historic building. The room was well-kept and the atmosphere was peaceful. The central location was ideal, making it easy to visit the surrounding area.
The facilities in the bathroom needed to be improved. The floor was dirty, and there was only a soap dispenser at the sink with no soap available in the shower.

Spending New Year's Eve in a historical location was such an enriching experience! The atmosphere was peaceful and the rooms were charming, with a touch of simplicity that suited the cloister-style. It was a quick walk from the center of the town, so it was great to explore the area and come back to a cozy and affordable room. The staff was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Plus, the breakfast offered was delicious and inclusive, which made starting our day so much easier.
The Kloster was not continuously manned, so getting information or assistance when needed took a little more effort. there were no TV's in the rooms, which made for a quiet evening, but we wish there had been more entertainment options.
